About TODS Guide Signs
The Tourist-Oriented Directional Signing (TODS) program enhances travel experiences and supports local economies, especially in less familair areas. These distinctive blue signs with white text and symbols provide clear directions to tourist attractions like historical sites, recreational facilities, dining, and lodging. By guiding travelers to destinations not visible from main roads, TODS reduces navigation stress, improves road safety, and helps tourists make the most of their journeys. For local businesses, TODS increases visibility and attracts visitors, driving economic growth and promoting the discovery of local attractions.

Why TODS?
- Enhances Travel Experience: Clear and consistent signage for local attractions, service, and recreational facilities.
- Simplifies navigation: Helps travelers easily navigate rural areas, reducing the chance of getting lost.
- Boosts Local Businesses: Increases visibility for businesses by guiding tourists to less visible destinations.
- Supports Local Economies: Promotes tourism and economic growth more in local areas.
